Lunch Tutoring

- Mandatory for any 9th or 10th grade students who fail 2 or more core subjects.

-The 1st Quarter Unsatisfactory will be used to place the first students into lunch tutoring.

-After each grade cycle students who are in lunch tutoring that do not fail two core
subject will be dropped from the program. Those that fail two or more will be added.

-Students who are in lunch tutoring must report to the assigned lunch tutoring classroom
before the tardy bell rings.

-While in lunch tutoring students will work on lessons in the A+LS program. To know

-Students will receive 5 points of EXTRA CREDIT for each lesson completed which is
applied to the class the lesson pertains to. (Make sure you let the lunch tutoring teacher
know when you pass a lesson.)

-One of the goals of Sikeston R-6 Schools is to help students who are failing classes
and try to assist them in gaining credits for graduation.

The lessons done during lunch tutoring are designed to do this and give
students EXTRA CREDIT which is applied to the classes they are failing.
