![]() Students in Mr. Savage's class receive a weekly Bellringer at the beginning of each week of school. During the first few minutes of class, they are expected to get the Bellringer worksheet out of their math binder and work on it. There is a section for each day of the week. Even if the school week is shorter than five days, students are expected to complete the entire week's Bellringer by Friday. On Friday, the students will grade the Bellringer in class or turn it in to Mr. Savage to be graded. The Bellringer is a weekly grade worth 10 points. It is important that students make every attempt to complete the Bellringer correctly. Making a good score on this one weekly assignment will help them keep their grade up in math. If they want, they may bring it home before Friday to have a parent check over it with them. If your student loses the Bellringer, he or she may get a new one from the table in Mr. Savage's classroom. Please encourage your child to keep the Bellringer on the rings in his or her math binder. If he or she loses the first copy, make sure another copy is picked up before the end of the week. In case of emergency, copies of the weekly Bellringer may be found below. Make sure you open and print both sides of the Bellringer.
